In our Mutual Aid community, shared leadership means everyone leads. Unlike hierarchical structures of governing, decision-making is collective, leveraging diverse strengths. Our Admin Circle fosters inclusivity, trust, and cooperation, recognizing that solutions arise from the collective wisdom of all members. It's a model where each person is both a recipient and an active leader, contributing to the community's success.
